Our RestauranTOUR™ videos bring you inside the restaurants so you can experience their atmosphere and ambiance. On each video you’ll meet the owners, general mangers and executive chefs who all share what makes their local restaurants so special. You’ll see their signature dishes, their presentation and cooking style. Besides experiencing their atmosphere, you’ll be able to access all types of useful information. Each restaurant provides their menus (lunch, dinner, brunch, wine, kids, catering, etc), favorite recipes, special offers, private party information and much, much more.

Michael J. Katz: Co-Founder, CEO and President
Michael Katz has more than 30 years of entrepreneurial marketing and sales experience with Valpak Direct Marketing and Medialink Worldwide, including success in both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) direct marketing. He has spent his entire career in marketing, advertising, sales, public relations and communications. Mike’s primary responsibilities with Local Flavor, LLC is to lead the strategic development of the Company and direct its sales growth.
David S. Lewis: Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
David brings 25 years of sales, operations, and management experience to Local Flavor, LLC. As Chief Operating Officer, David’s primary responsibility is to manage Local Flavor’s daily operations, including sales, marketing and business development efforts. Prior to Local Flavor, David spent 11 years with Harbinger Corporation, a world-class e-Commerce firm with more than 1000 employees and revenues exceeding $155 million. With Harbinger, David led the company’s initial e-Business expansion into Asia/Pacific and Latin America. Operating a separate business unit and reporting directly to the CEO, David built and managed a revenue producing division in excess of $5 million annually. David also had direct responsibility for the company’s business operation in Mexico. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Miami (Ohio) University.
