Local Flavor attracts customers and encourages loyalty through CashWards. CashWards are cash rewards that customers receive when reaching rewards levels - like when customers spend a certain amount, when they visit a certain number of times or when they visit during a specified day part. Restaurants have complete control over what CashWards are offered.
By using our patent-pending technology, we can track when a Local Flavor user visits your restaurant through their credit card activity. Our system only counts a customer visit if they pay you. When the customer makes a purchase, Local Flavor charges the restaurant 5% of the transaction plus any CashWard price, and then mails the customer their CashWard.
We tell new customers about your CashWards through our mobile apps (iPhone and Android), website, social media profiles, text messaging, email campaigns and in-store loyalty materials.
Consumers love Local Flavor because we make rewards easy. There is no coupon clipping, no voucher printing, no loyalty cards and no confusing rules. Once the restaurant creates a CashWard, we tell all our Local Flavor members and track it automatically. At the end of the each week, we provide restaurants a report with your CashWard performance.
