"Being in the business since 1995, under the guidance of my father, I was inspired to, one day, have my own restaurant like he did. Thinking back, I have spent most of my childhood in the kitchen helping my grandmother and mother cook the holiday dinners and do the everyday cooking.
As a young woman, I spent my summers in Europe tasting and savoring every delicious delicacy they had to offer like Pasta Al Forno, Tomato Pie, Chicken Amato, Steak Amato, and the most famous, Pasta Fagioli.
