The inherent fun of trampoline disguises the amount of energy being expended! Unlike so many children's activities, children will sustain an activity level that leads to genuine fitness. Children build strength, flexibility and gymnastics skills on both the floor and trampoline. This program uses state-of-the-art equipment, starting with Air Tracks and progressing to Tumble Trak and Trampoline then skill training mats and finally onto the Spring Floor.
The foam pits provide a softer surface for more difficult landings. A variety of progressions and apparatus help staff deliver a rewarding experience to any athlete. Skills taught include: cartwheels, round-offs, power hurdle cartwheels, back walkover, walking on hands, back handspring back layout with a full twist and many others.
