M.J. Duke's is Wallingford's destination for made-to-order authentic Philly cheesesteaks! Made to order "wit" or "witout" grilled onions, customers can also choose between Cheez Whiz, provolone, white American, pepperjack or Swiss cheese. This classic cheesesteak is straight out of Philly, with fresh beef and imported Amoroso hearth baked bread!

Their steaks are cut fresh in the kitchen from the highest quality sirloin. They wouldn't dream of using frozen pre-portioned meals like many of their competitors, because the flavor is just not the same. Like their beef, all of their other products are the best of their kind. Their chicken comes fresh from breasts, never frozen, flavor-injected ones that have become so common today.

Their French fries are cut from whole fresh potatoes right there on premises. Their soups are made from scratch. Even most of their salad dressings are whipped up in small batches by their skilled chefs.
