Located within the historic Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel, Carmen's 2.0 offers a fine dining experience within a two-and-a-half-story space topped with a barrel-vaulted leaded glass ceiling giving way to Sienna marble walls, Alpine green marble washboards and terrazzo tile floors.
