Roma's Italian opened its doors to the residents of Cary in the summer of 1996. The home-grown establishment brought to Cary a proven pizza recipe, on-site baked breads, cookies and a deli variety of fresh ingredients. An affiliate of the renowned Roma's of Endicott, NY, Roma's of Cary introduced the Taste of Speidies to the locals of the RDU area where it has become a favorite of new and frequent customers alike.
