One of New York's first golf clubs, at Stamford Golf Club you will find 18 holes of challenging play in one of the most peaceful locations in New York State. Organized and founded in July 1897, the links were laid out in Granthurst Park surrounding the Rexmere Hotel on rolling terrain surrounded by the beauty of the northern Catskill Mountains. The course is appealing to players of all skill levels. There is a pro shop on premises to supply you with all you need, and Vasta's Bistro on the Green offers a picturesque setting to enjoy a hearty sandwich or welcome cocktail after a round of golf.
