Big Hoss Beef Jerky

A hobby of curating his own beef jerky for nearly two decades at home in his garage led Dave Tomczak down an unlikely road with his wife Sharon-opening a shop and eatery. Thus, Big Hoss Beef Jerky was born in a small shopping center in Williamstown, New Jersey. It was here that the all-natural, American-made, preservative-free treats they offered would continue to build a fanbase, one big enough to expand into homemade breakfast and lunch sandwiches, sides, soups, salads and more, including Stock's Famous Pound Cake of Philadelphia and Czerw's Kielbasa.
