McFlamingo is a funny name, we know. Mc comes from a family name and Flamingo from the bird that is the epitome of "you are what you eat." Long, lean, graceful, and pink from all the shrimp that they eat.

McFlamingo's mission is to create a dining experience in which vegetables are an indulgence and are served in a delicious and hearty way. They create an environment in which their guests feel good about themselves for making a good decision to eat good food that is good for their bodies, good for the community, and good for the environment.
