Ritual Superfood Cafe considers Themselves a plant-based eatery and cafe. By plant based, they mean basing the "diet" around whole, nutritious foods that come from plants. Based is the key word here. They don't believe in restrictive dieting. They use all non-dairy mylks for their smoothie and bowl products. However, they do carry a variety of cheeses for their toasts and other food items. They also offer poached and fried eggs! Being plant based, they do have a very large variety of foods and menu items that would adhere to a vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and nut free diet. They love that they're able to provide those options to the community and they love that any item is made fresh and to order so you can modify and adjust anything to your liking!
