No chemicals. No additives. No kidding. They also nixed the nitrites from our cured meats, switched to "true hue" banana peppers and olives without artificial colors, and created their own salad dressings, leaving the artificial preservatives behind. They offer 5 specialty crusts and over 35 different toppings. Eating well never tasted so good.
