Aoba Hibachi & Sushi's Chef TJ, formerly a chef at Disney World, prepares some of the freshest, tastiest sushi in Orange County. In addition to the beautiful sushi and sashimi presentations, the menu also features hibachi, traditional noodle & rice entrees, tempura and bento boxes.

Start your meal off with an appetizer, like the beef negimaki (beef-wrapped scallops) or an order of gyoza (deep-fried Japanese dumplings). Their extensive entree options include ginger pork (pork cutlet cooked with ginger sauce) and salmon katsu (breaded and deep-fried, Japanese style). Be sure to round out the meal with a few Aoba specialty rolls!
