The first Don Coqui Restaurant opened on July 2009 in New Rochelle, NY, serving authentic Puerto Rican cuisine made from tested "Rodriguez Family" recipes along with American staples. However, Don Coqui is more than recipes - it's also about exciting entertainment on any night of the week with live music, karaoke, dancing, jazz and salsa, as well as some of the most popular signature drinks ever concocted. In short, they are fully committed to continuing the Rodriguez Family Culinary Legacy you've enjoyed through the years.
