Triton uses a light house special breading or optional salt-and-pepper breading on their tender, meaty seafood morsels, making them irresistibly delicious. Start with an appetizer of calamari, frog legs, fried okra or fried pickles, then dive into platters of popcorn shrimp, catfish, clam strips, tilapia, flounder, crab cakes and more. Sides include traditional staples like collard greens, hush puppies, red beans & rice, mac & cheese and cornbread. Not feeling like fish? Go for their Calabash chicken tenders or their chicken tender salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and mandarin oranges. Tilapia fish tacos with asian slaw, avocadoes and chipotle aioli sauce are also offered, as well as po'boys filled with your choice of fish.
