The staff at Dori pride themselves on using only the best ingredients like USDA Prime beef and fresh, locally sourced vegetables. These are prepared fresh every day on the premises, offering you things like hand-folded dumplings, freshly made side dishes (including kimchi), and hand-prepared seafood.

Try a traditional Korean dish like spicy Kimchi Soup or Bibimbap-vegetables and meat or tofu served on rice in a hot stone pot to keep it sizzling until you're finished eating. There's also a wide variety of Korean-Chinese fusion items like Schezwan Seafood Rice and Orange Pork (you guessed it; crisp-fried pork with sweet and sour sauce). Dori was founded to provide the exotic tastes of traditional Korean cuisine and dishes prepared with Western culinary techniques, offering something for everyone. Featuring a newly renovated decor, Dori is located in Commack on Jericho Turnpike east of Sunken Meadow Parkway.
