Crave Cafe

Crave Cafe's Chef Jerome offers his take on a variety of homestyle favorites: from-scratch soups, hand-formed burgers, gourmet deli sandwiches, wraps and paninis. A south-of-the-border section offers things like quesadillas, tacos and nachos. Whet your whistle with hot drinks like specialty coffee and espresso blends or with something cold like a real fruit-and-yogurt smoothie or ice cream shake.

There's even a menu section dedicated to kids with selections like grilled cheese, mac and cheese, and peanut butter and jelly. Crave Cafe gets high marks from locals for its food, friendliness and cleanliness on Yelp.

Longtime locals Mary and Jerome Pilalis opened Crave Cafe as the realization of a lifelong ambition. Jerome is a Culinary Institute of America graduate who serves up a variety of comforting dishes from homemade soups and sauces to gourmet sandwiches, hand-formed burgers, coffee and espresso drinks. Crave Cafe is located in Bloomingdale along East Lake Street near Bloomingdale Road.
