Faster Fitness Bootcamp specializes in high intensity circuit training conducted in an indoor/outdoor setting. To begin with, they schedule an orientation that includes a fitness evaluation in order to establish a baseline of physical abilities and body measurements. They want you to succeed! FASTER Fitness Bootcamp is a positive and motivating environment. Their program allows you to make a commitment to a healthier lifestyle. They offer programs that meet Monday through Friday, 5 days per week as well as a 3 day option. Workouts are one hour long and consist of a Dynamic warm-up, conditioning drills, plyometrics, agility drills, strength training, core strengthening and calisthenics done in a different format each day.
