At the camp, kids will enjoy planned gym activities including basketball, volleyball, soccer, kickball, dodgeball, frisbee football as well as many other gym games.

The camp is held Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm for the entire summer. Each day, campers are provided with lunch and a snack, included with the camp fee. The target ratio is 10 campers to 1 counselor. They group the campers each day and go over the house rules every morning. Counselors are trained and they also have a manager at all camps. All campers must be at least 6 years of age to attend.
