Lessons are great for everyone whether you are coming with your significant other or by yourself. We offer private lessons, dance fitness classes and group classes. Every Thursday evening we have practice parties for students which are open to the general public. You can come enjoy some drinks, food and of course dancing.
You are never too young or too old to learn how to dance. It has been proven that as early as age 5 dance has enhanced social skills, boosted confidence and improved everyday activities with balance in sports and fitness. As we get older, dance is a great way to stay healthy and have fun at the same time.
