Giancarlo's is a gathering place for friends, family and neighbors to eat, drink and socialize.
The menus are developed collectively by the chefs of Giancarlo's Ristorante and are based on authentic recipes. Emphasis is placed on simple, fresh ingredients and Mediterranean cooking methods.
Pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven. Fresh pastas are made in-house daily. Dry pastas are imported from Italy, and the varieties of wine are elegant.
