Grist Brewing Company aims to brew classic beer styles and experiment within those styles to adapt to the ever-changing scope of hops and grist bills that give great craft beer its character. Their beers run the full brewing spectrum, from their Craft Apple Light Lager (CALL Me Later), to a classic German Hefeweizen (Window Tour), to their robust Niobrara Stout.
Visit the Grist website for the full current list. Better yet, head down to the Grist taproom. There you'll enjoy their craft beers in seating that puts you as close to the brewing process as you can possibly get without being an actual brewer.
You have the option to sit right next to the fermenters if you so desire. Group seating is available near the taproom's entrance, so bring your parties in, large or small. There's also an outdoor patio that allows you to enjoy your brews while enjoying the mercurial Colorado weather.
Grist Brewing Company opened in November 2013. Their aim is brewing classic styles with their own signature experimental twist.
