The owner Peter moved to the States in the 1990s and wanted to share his many years of experience in Thai cuisine with the community. Sado, our itamae (sushi chef), was trained in Japan and prepares traditional nigiri, sashimi, temaki and tempura each day. Both men are passionate about preserving the authenticity of Asian culture in every dish they serve.
Most traditional Thai recipes start with rice, herbs, fruits and vegetables that thrive in tropical climates. Fresh seafood, caught along its many miles of coastline, captures and compliments the aroma. It is the balance between the delicacy of sushi and the savory flavors of Thai entrees that creates a sense-evoking dining experience at Lemon Grass.
