Louie's Trophy House Bar & Grill was started in 1918 as a soup kitchen/restaurant to serve the working Polish neighborhood of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Today, Louie's is the oldest bar in the city, with unique decor of taxidermy lined walls with a cabin-on-the-lake feel.
