Former Division 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and one of the areas leading Athletic Trainers in Speed/Agility and Power training, has opened a 5,000 sq. ft. facility that enables clients/members to achieve their individual goals through the use of a wide variety of training methods.
Rick McMillan has made his mark in the Lancaster, PA area for the last eight years, with the combination of education and 15 years of experience. He has worked with teams, youth, local high school and professional athletes, while leading the Tri-Fitness team and several local women's Figure competitors. While being certified by CrossFit and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), he also has shown his proven methods through his own personal achievements.
