Starting with produce sourced from local growers, Mia Famiglia's Executive Chef Tomas White crafts extraordinary dishes of classic cuisine, from small plates like the Filet Carpaccio with organic arugula, Meyer lemon and winter truffle olive oil, to Veal Saltimbocca with layers of sage and prosciutto, organic greens and Wisconsin potato puree.
Steaks, chops and just-caught seafood beckons from the menu, with sides like roasted Brussels sprouts, accompanied by sauces including knee-weakening vodka peppercorn cream. Try the Capra Pizza, with house made fig pate, goat cheese and prosciutto or top your own. Gluten-free crust is available; Mia Famiglia is a certified gluten-free NFCA GREAT Kitchen.
Since 2001, family owned and operated Mia Famiglia has offered homemade breads, soups, handmade pastas and desserts, herb-infused oils and creative entrees made with produce from local growers, with a backyard garden supplementing what's not found nearby. As members of SLOW FOODS, we support local vendors for our produce, meats, and fish.
