Milk & Honey Co's Chef Joshua Harmon wants to remind your palate of the wholesome, home-cooked meals you grew up with: Fried Green Tomatoes, Fried Chicken, biscuits and homemade pie.
In his kitchen, however, they become locally-sourced nouveau dishes with exciting surprises, like the feta cream, house-baked ham and fresh dill that dress up his Milk & Honey Fried Green Tomatoes, or the Granny Steal's Southern Fried Chicken that brines in salt, sugar, lemon, thyme and rosemary, is fried with a crispy cayenne and Old Bay coating and then served with an orange, clove, cardamom and ginger dipping sauce.
Other options include the Steak & Eggs, their house-butchered 100% Angus filet topped with a chicken-fried poached egg and acompanied by horseradish potato puree, and their Roman Burger, an all-natural ground lamb burger topped with cumin-grilled onion jam, tzaziki sauce and goat cheese.
Lunch and High Tea is available in the afternoon, featuring soups, salads, finger sandwiches, and more. BYOB
