The martial arts has played an important role in my family for the last 12 years. My two sons, Billy and Jonathan, began training at Northeast Academy Of Martial Arts for different reasons. The consistent training that the boys have been involved with has greatly improved their physical condition and athletic abilities. The training has helped them set goals for themselves and work diligently at trying to reach those goals. The training also incorporates positive values, working together and fun. The martial arts have helped them academically, as well. They are both honor students and are involved with clubs. The training has aided in their ability to stay focused, be organized and develop a positive attitude about school.
Since we have been with the academy for such a long time, the boys feel as if it's a second family. They have made many friends and have developed great relationships with the instructors. The personal touch given to them has been an added bonus to their training.
