Porkers Barbecue was established in 1990 by Clark Cook, a third generation barbecuer. In 1994, Lawrence and Diane Mills purchased the restaurant and learned the secrets of the 'Cook's Family barbecue.' In 2009, they passed the secrets to the current owners, their nephew and niece, Beou Tucker and Chris and Kami Edwards.
Through the years, we have grown into a 'hot spot' for breakfast and lunch, as well as catering for all types of events. Heck, even President Bush stopped by when he was in town in 2007.
