Sangha Yoga is celebrating its one-year anniversary in a brand new location. Mia Bostic and her team of talented instructors at Sangha take a multi-disciplinary approach to yoga, leading classes that represent a range of philosophies and aim to challenge both body and mind.
Beginners' classes introduce newcomers to the fundamentals of poses and transitions along with breath work, while advanced Vinyasa classes focus on honing both meditation and traditional poses of yoga. Private lessons are available; they offer a variety of private instruction options, from individual to small groups and at the studio or in the privacy of your home. One-on-one sessions are an excellent way to develop strong core practices or for experts to delve deeper into specific practices.
