Start off with The Blossom, their signature hand-battered onion, golden-fried and served with Cajun horseradish sauce. Their award-winning fall-off-the bone ribs are slow-cooked with a unique blend of seasonings and their signature BBQ sauce. With a variety of entrees, sides, burgers and desserts to choose from, you'll agree that dining at Texas Roadhouse is legendary to the core!
It all began on February 17, 1993, when Kent Taylor opened the first Texas Roadhouse in Clarksville, Indiana. Kent's goal was to own a place where everyone, of all ages, could come and have a great meal and great fun for a great price. They like to brag about their hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from-scratch sides, and fresh-baked bread. They handcraft almost everything they serve. They also provide ice-cold beers and legendary margaritas to wash it all down.
