Whether for a quick bite, a leisurely lunch or date-night dinner, The Artisin has just what you're craving. Start with a shareable appetizer like the Asian Beef Skewer (marinated fresh-cut ribeye with bean sprouts and pineapple wedge) or Spicy Jalapeno Bacon Flatbread (with cream cheese, tomatoes, cheddar/jack and a drizzle of sriracha), then dive into Island Swordfish, fresh off the boat and paired with a West Indian salsa and an orange honey glaze. Vegetarian entrees include a Cajun Pasta with linguini, roasted reds and creamy Cajun butter sauce; burgers and a whole host of sandwiches are offered, from Pulled Pork to Asian Crab Cakes and an oven-roasted Turkey Panini.
The newly-opened Artisin Restaurant features over 150 menu items prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients sourced locally, whenever possible. Additionally, a dozen craft beers are on tap, with many more available by the bottle, as well as a long list of wines and specialty cocktails.
