The sessions at Thoughtful Therapy are intended to relieve or heal a disorder by showing consideration for the needs of other people. When a body is operating at its optimal level, each system, cell, atom is in constant communication with each other at all times. Through exposure to the stresses of day-to-day life (low sleep, low nutrition, low water intake, low exercise, and more) these lines of communication can become compromised, which can lead to a decline in physical, emotional, and mental health.
Keina Bryant Worrell- is a Bodymind Practitioner and owner of Thoughtful Therapy. She is passionate about educating clients on how the body and mind work together. Keina believes that the body works best from a place of calm and uses a variety of modalities intended to return the body to the rest and restore state.
