Start your meal off with the pomegranate green tea-poached salmon roll, filled with fresh dill and goat cheese, covered in fire-roasted bell peppers and finished with a balsamic honey reduction. For dinner, you can't go wrong with the chicken marsala, or the pork loin, stuffed with fruit and breading, wrapped with apple-smoked bacon, broiled then served over roasted brown sugar sweet potatoes and fresh veggies.
