Buon Appetito! Mario began his culinary career at the age of 17 in his family’s restaurant, Roma’s Pizzeria II in Sacramento. There, he worked with his mother, Maria Guerrera, a very talented Italian cook. Mario studied regional Italian cuisine in Parma, Italy, and later interned at Masque Ristorante in El Dorado Hills. Mario is now sharing his passion for Italian cuisine by opening his own restaurant located in Rocklin.
