Schuylkill River Outdoors

Beat the heat with a cool, refreshing tubing trip on this pristine stretch of the Schuylkill. You'll relax as the current takes you past natural beauty, under bridges and past a bald eagle nesting area. Remember to wear old shoes or sneakers with laces (mandatory), a bathing suit (also pretty much set in stone), sunblock and sunglasses, and you may want to bring along a hat, waterproof camera, and some memorized lines of poetry about rivers or perhaps tubes. Transportation to and from, plus parking and safety equipment are included. No children under 5 years old.
