Romano Restaurant, a local trattoria in the neighborhood of Brandon has been proudly serving Mediterranean flavors as well as delicious Italian and Greek dishes to customers for more than 40 years. Originally established in 1977 by the head chef and owner Kosta Vretas and eventually run by George Manasakis, Romano is currently a family-owned restaurant ambitiously driven by talent, aspirations and inventiveness of the young chef-proprietor Maksym Kulik (Le Cordon Bleu graduate) with considerable experience in popular high-end restaurants and hotel chains in London, Kyiv and Tampa-who collectively have been continued to keep alive old culinary traditions while giving the restaurant new life for generations to come.
