Antipasto such as Polenta Fritta with filet mignon tips and gorgonzola sauce, creative pastas like Fusilli con Prosciutto e Melanzane (sauteed diced prosciutto, eggplant, spinach and tomato sauce with pecorino cheese), and loved dishes of seafood, veal, pork,lamb or fish (try the Fileto di Sugliola, pine nut-crusted lemon sole filet with escarole and a honey-saffron beurre blanc) beckon from the kitchen.
